TOMS RIVER, NJ — Toms River residents will have a place to walk their dogs or allow them to run off-leash, after the Township Council approved a new dog park in the Silverton section of town.

The park will include vinyl fencing 4 to 10 feet high, pet waste stations, a walking path, new landscaping, benches and recycling bins.
