Shot Putter Meghan Kreinberg Sets New Dayton H.S. Record
NEW YORK, N.Y. — A record-setting throw by Meghan Kreinberg highlighted the Dayton High School indoor track and field team’s participation in the Varsity Classic Monday night at the New York Armory.
Kreinberg, a junior, finished in first place in the Shot Put with a new school record throw of 37-2.25, breaking a 43-year-old Dayton record. Kreinberg’s throw ranks her No. 2 in Group 1 and No. 10 in all of New Jersey so far this season.
