Downtown Toms River Paving Set To Finish Up Tuesday

TOMS RIVER, NJ — Crews will be paving three streets in the downtown Toms River area on Tuesday as work to repair pavement that was opened up for water main replacement winds down.

The paving by Earle Asphalt will be done on Batchelor Street, and East Woodland and West Woodland avenues, and is expected to be done from about 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., officials with the water company Veolia — which merged with Suez earlier this year — said Monday.
