TOMS RIVER, NJ — Spring is here and so is the Toms River Food Fest, kicking off the outdoor season in downtown Toms River.
The Food Fest is set for noon to 8 p.m. Saturday on Washington Street, and will have food trucks, arts and crafts vendors, live music and fun for the kids.
