TWO TOMS RIVER POLICE OFFICERS RETIRE, OFFICERS GET PROMOTED

Toms River: Last night at the Township Council meeting River Police congratulated Deputy Chief Michael Belcher and Detective Roger Hull on their retirements. DC Belcher served with the Toms River Police Department for 26 years. We’d like to thank him for his commitment to (ESU) Emergency Services Unit, the Detective Bureau, and the department, as well as, his outstanding leadership along the way. Detective Roger Hull served with our department for 21 years. He was a Field Training Officer, and was a founding member of our Special Enforcement Team (SET). Detective Hull helped pave the way for our next generation of detectives in the department. We wish you both all the happiness in your retirement!
