TOMS RIVER – Seasons, a kosher grocery store, is coming to a new shopping center under construction at the corner of Route 9 and Cox Cro Road.

In a post on LinkedIn, Harvey Rosenblatt of P3 Properties announced the Seasons lease, which has kicked off more inquires about the new Cox Cro Center. “With our anchor in place, and another amazing well-known tenant in the wings, I believe we will lease up in a very short amount of time,” Rosenblatt wrote.

THIS is the only thing you want in the Kohl’s plaza in Tom River. The building is definitely shaped like a supermarket because that’s what it was at one time. I remember that the supermarket was so busy all the time, it was sad when it closed. What type of business would be a good fit for the Toms River Shopping
