Both teams began the game undefeated 2-0 and battled it out tonight in an exciting game! Just when you thought the game would be a blow out heading into the 4th quarter with Toms River North leading 42-20, Manalapan scores 20 in the 4th to make it an exciting close game but fall short! Congrats to Toms River North for remaining undefeated and holding on with a 42-40 win. Speaking of undefeated, East & Donovan Catholic also win this evening to remain undefeated. Great job Toms River!

In April 2014, Wawa celebrated its 50th anniversary in convenience retailing and marked the milestone with the first Wawa Day and launch of The Wawa Foundation, a non-profit organization founded to encompass most of Wawa’s charitable giving.

Since the foundation’s inception, Wawa and The Wawa Foundation have donated more than $66 million in support to causes related to health, hunger and everyday heroes.

Cops raid pizza shop, arrest 3 on charges they were selling cocaine and weed

Three people were arrested last week for selling cocaine and marijuana in Ocean County.

Investigators looking for drug dealers in Ocean County were drawn to South Toms River over the past two months, County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said in a statement.

On Friday, a team of law enforcement including the county sheriff K-9 Unit acted on search warrants at a home in the borough, and at Midtown Pizza on Dover Road.

They seized about 45 grams of cocaine along with unspecified quantities of marijuana, and $19,000 in cash.
